我把口袋裡的紅包袋與嫩芽，丟進路邊的垃圾桶
去吃了一晚香Q的板條，加上一盤燙青菜
雖然我灑上了過多的胡椒粉...還是覺得很好吃
想想，人生不就是這樣嗎?能吃到如此美味的板條和燙青菜，真幸福
吃完飯，買了果凍和奶茶...並沒有馬上回家

小帆是個聰明漂亮、又有才華的女孩子，某位我很尊敬的長輩的寶貝女兒
因為先天體質的缺陷，突然間就病發走了，享年30
這是我第一次認識她，聽著長輩講了一些她的生活點滴，
覺得，這個女孩子好棒
她很努力，在過她的生活。
她知道時間不多，所以過得比一般人更用力
她喜歡跳舞和戲劇，身體上雖然是很大的負荷
卻義無反顧地投入，去感受自己的身體
長輩說，他們很不捨，可是這已經是事實了，所以要接受
我看到一雙父母對孩子深深的愛惜...覺得很感動
我請他們也一定要過得好，她一定知道父母是這樣地愛著她
